ALAN BLACK SPOT EVO is the evolution of the BORSOI industrial systems for the selection of down which, through a control process, identifies and divides “Black spots” and colored down from the white ones. A uniform layer of down is continuously distributed on a belt where a double monitoring system using digital cameras detects the colored downs and, subsequently, removes them from the feather down being processed. The end result is a down with quality up to the “Super-white” level: all with a fully automatic process without the fixed presence of the operator and an extremely low ROI.
