SYSTEM FOR EXTRACTING AND RECOVERING DOWN OR FEATHERS FROM PADDED PRODUCTS

The ALAN DOWN RECYCLING separates the filling material down, feather and other fibre from the rest of the padded product to be recycled, all with a minimum presence of operators. The machine can process any type of padded item such as jackets, sleeping bags, pillows and duvets/quilts.

There are two versions of ALAN DOWN RECYCLING, with single or double sorting towers, S1 and S2 and many options to choose for a complete customization.
