Manual embroidering

Outdoor cushions and chair pads (and many other stuffed products) required different type of tufting. Due to very different products and market need, manual embroidery machine options are available for completing your production line.

Automatic embroidering

A different degree of automation of the tufting line shall be considered. A tailored made solution can include multiple embroidering heads (line, cross, circle) in order to match the desired performances and design flexibility.

Ultrasonic welding

Tufting line can be equipped with ultra-sonic welding heads if the available cushion fabric permits to use such technology. A different design of the welding pattern is possible.
