BORSOI is offering a complete range of machines and solutions for the manufacturing process of foam and latex pillows. Our lines handle the foam and latex core just off your moulds or by pick it up from a conveyor or box, then we will take it all the way to the final products by inserting the core in its cover, close it and pack it. BORSOI technology adapts to the market needs by making possible to use all different type of core sizes, shell types and packaging needs. Thanks to a robotic shell unfolder and loader, the level of automatisation permits to remove completely the operator intervention. Due to the high level of customisation, BORSOI is providing tailored-made solutions based on specific customer needs. Nearly everything is possible – it is your choice!

Stuffing

It is possible to integrate any core moulding line for integrating the final pillow production by picking up the foam/latex core (from a loading belt and/or a core warehouse) and inserting it into the external cover.

Closing and levelling

Closing a pillow is a combination of specific skills and long experience: only the right combination of the two grants the aesthetic and quality of a finished pillow. Closing is traditionally done by a skilled operator (a more and more scarse resource) and manual sewing machine. BORSOI closing solutions introduces a real fully automatic approach in a very traditional area.

Packaging

Any pillow has to delivered to the end user and packing is a key element of the overall product.
