From 8 to 11 January 2019 the international event for home and industrial textiles (Contract Textiles) will be held in Frankfurt’s Messe Frankfurt exhibition centre. The fair, called Heimtextil Frankfurt, with its new products and trends, kicks off the 2019 textile season with new ideas and impulses for both exhibiting companies and trade visitors from around the world.
Heimtextil Frankfurt is the most important global exhibition for the textile industry. Being the first of the year also allows it to lead market trends throughout 2019. Last year, the Heimtextil trade fair attracted 2,975 exhibitors and around 70,000 trade visitors from all over the world, with innovations in interior textiles, interior design and interior trends in one place. In 2019 the fair will be presented with a completely revised concept, based on the experience gained over the past year, Heimtextil 2019 will organize topics and product segments more specifically for groups and targets, to maximize synergies between manufacturers and exploit them optimally.

Borsoi filling Machines: Innovation, technologies, robotization

Borsoi finds the perfect match with the new approach devoted to the segmentation of Heimtextil Frankfurt, as in 2019 it will present in detail its ideas and innovations for the near future following the agenda outlined in the BORSOI R&D Plan 2017-2020. After forty years of experience in filling technologies, Borsoi has taken advantage of its position as a reference point for innovative machinery in the sector, proposing business solutions that go beyond the simple technological offer for filling (padding, filling, for quilted cushions and clothing).
The business objectives pursued by the Borsoi 2017-2020 agenda follow the technological innovation objectives of the production proposal:

interfaces that are increasingly simple and intuitive;

The objectives of Borsoi and the international textile fair in Frankfurt 2019

At the previous edition of the Heimtextil Frankfurt, Borsoi presented the technology for automating the unloading of the cushion, and in the filling sector it introduced the automation and robotization processes for textile filling (Filling Machines), allowing undoubted advantages on production cost reductions.
Heimtextil Frankfurt 2019 is the next step in the presentation of Borsoi innovations to many partners and customers who participate as exhibitors, and who share with Borsoi innovations and production strategies of the sector, strong sharing of information and prospects for positioning. The expectations linked to Borsoi’s participation consist in strengthening and deepening business relations in the filling sector along the most shared lines of the BORSOI 2017-2020 R&D innovation plan, always aimed at improving the business of the end producer.

Information for visitors

During the fair will be presented, in world premiere, the automated loading of the cushion shell, with the real demonstration of the machinery in the specific phase of loading.
The EXTRA BORSOI line is also presented, made up of machinery resulting from international partnerships for the composition of the line upstream and downstream of the filling process.
