This is a single-scale semi-automatic machine combined with a thrust-injection system for the forced and dosed filling of feathers into padded clothing items. ALAN SP has adopted the “thrust” injection system of the ALAN P4-T model, while the loading of the feathers into the weighting box is carried out manually by the operator as with the ALAN PE model. ALAN SP has been designed to carry out filling operations with small amounts of feathers into small-sized bags (and/or channels) made of materials with a low level of breathability. Ideal for the production of prototypes or small batches.
