ALAN PS

A single-scale semi-automatic machine for the forced and dosed filling of feathers into padded clothing items.

The loading of the feathers into the weighting box is carried out manually by the operator, as for the ALAN PE machine, while the transfer of the down feathers from the weighting box is carried out directly by the compressed air source (min. 6 bar). The flow of compressed air is regulated by a flow control valve. This is the simplest and most economical system to start producing padded items. It is ideal for limited prototyping activities.
