A 4-scale automatic machine with an air injection system for the forced and dosed filling of feathers into padded clothing items.

ALAN PIUMA 4-2 is a machine that has been designed to carry out filling operations with a maximum weight of feathers of 70 g. For this purpose, the machine is fitted with a large storage box that can contain up to 15 kg of down feathers. Its 4 scales that distinguish it from the basic ALAN PIUMA machine, ensure its maximum production capacity also for significant weighting operations. Unlike the ALAN PIUMA 4-1 machine, this version is equipped with n.2 work stations (each of which is powered by n.2 scales) with the aim of being able to manage a high hourly production rate or to manage two different products on the same machine.
