ALAN P4-T

A 4-scale automatic machine with a thrust-injection system for the forced and dosed filling of feathers into padded clothing items.

ALAN P4-T is the point of arrival of a series of machines designed with a new feather injection system, or rather a “thrust-injection” system. Unlike the previous versions that were fitted with an air injection system, now thanks to its special pneumatic cylinder, the new thrust-injection system will inject the feathers into the feather-bag (and/or boudelle). Such system has been designed to eliminate all those interferences caused by the air flow during the injection stage. This new injection method makes it possible to carry out filling operations with extremely small amounts of feathers into materials with a low level of breathability. Moreover, thanks to its 4 scales, productivity is significantly increased.
